How can I customize my own axe?

When ordering a custom axe all design ideas and details will be discussed via email RuggedGlory@gmail.com before purchasing your axe or axes. We will provide you a proof of what the axe design will resemble. Actual axe colors and designs can vary slightly. Details are paid close attention to in achieving exactly what was designed and agreed upon. 

How do you create designs on the axe? 

Every axe design is different, we use multiple techniques to create your custom axe for example hand painted, laser engraved, printed, and vinyl.

Can I use my axe outside?

Although it is a real axe we do not recommend using it for anything but inside display use only. Outdoor elements can cause the axe head to rust even though a protective coat is placed. We do not guarantee your axe will not rust if you allow it to get wet and sit in outdoor conditions.

What is your refund policy?

At this time all axes and flags are made to order and we will not be accepting any refunds.

How long will my order take?

Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks from the time your order is placed to when it is completed and shipped or picked up.

Can I pick up my order if I'm local instead of paying for shipping? 

Yes, for local pickup orders please enter code: pickup in the discount section and shipping cost will be waived.
